Make It Beautiful

Make it Beautiful is an upcycling art project that grew from my concern about litter and vandalism at Pontefract's outdoor beauty spots and community hubs. While volunteering to clean up a local sensory garden, I noticed a significant number of empty bottles among the litter generated each weekend. Instead of simply throwing these away, I started thinking about how I might transform them from being ugly reminders of anti-social behaviour into something that can bring people joy.
